Brooklyn's Darryl Rahn dropped by one Saturday morning to cut our 184th Direct-To-Vinyl Office Session. For Darryl's session, we cruised through 1 or 2 takes of 10 different songs (including one of our all-time favs, "Even As A Ghost") for a grand total of 15 cuts.
Each of these 15 takes were cut directly to their own individual 7" vinyl record, and only one copy of each take exists in the world.
Our limited edition lathe cut record releases are made on a modified antique record cutting lathe from the 1950's. Each record is handmade, one at a time, in real time, by a real person.
