Direct-To-Vinyl Live Session #0072: Adam Levy

You wouldn't know it from his kind, soft spoken nature, but LA's Adam Levy is a force within the musical landscape of the last 20+ years.  If you're a musician in NYC or LA, you already know Adam.  If you aren't, then his contributions to records from Norah Jones, Ani DiFranco, Amos Lee, Glen Philips (Toad The Wet Sprocket), Tracy Chapman and countless others make it all but certain you already know his music.

Its his own compositions that we focused on for our 72nd Direct-To-Vinyl Office Session, pulling 10 tunes from his vast catalog of Adam Levy originals.  These 12 performances were each cut to their own 7" lathe cut vinyl record, and only one copy of each exists in the world.

Our limited edition lathe cut record releases are made on a modified antique record cutting lathe from the 1950's. Each record is handmade, one at a time, in real time, by a real person.
