While in NYC on tour, LA's Freddy & Francine dropped by to cut our 148th Direct-To-Vinyl Office Session. The duo (comprised of Bianca Caruso and Lee Ferris) cruised through a few takes of several different songs -- including 2 takes of an amazingly soulful song called "What Did You Do (With My Love)" which had never been recorded previously -- for a grand total of 17 cuts.
Each of these 17 takes were cut directly to their own individual 7" vinyl record, and only one copy of each take exists in the world.
Our limited edition lathe cut record releases are made on a modified antique record cutting lathe from the 1950's. Each record is handmade, one at a time, in real time, by a real person.
